• Ensure your policy is active and covers international travel to provide peace of mind during your trip.

• 48+ Hours Notice: No cancellation fee.
• 24–48 Hours Notice: 50% penalty.
• Less than 24 Hours (or Same Day): 100% penalty.

Wait Time Policy

• A 15-minute grace period is allowed from the scheduled pickup time.
• If the customer is not present within 15 minutes, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
